What are the advantages of training at NEULAND compared to other companies?
NEULAND has been recognised by the Chamber of Industry and Commerce as a family-friendly company and a top training provider. To
ensure a good start to your training, we offer training courses in MS Office and a business etiquette seminar. You can also take advantage of our health management services.
What requirements am I expected to meet?
You can find the educational requirements for each apprenticeship programme. In addition, we would be delighted if you are eager to learn, socially engaged and motivated.
When is the best time to apply?
The application deadlines are specified for each apprenticeship programme. As a rule, the deadline is the end of November in the year before the apprenticeship begins, unless it is extended. The
exact date of your application within the deadline is irrelevant: we first collect all applications and review them after the deadline has passed.
How does the application process work?
After the application has been submitted via the online form, all applicants will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt. If any documents are missing, we will request them at a later date. We generally check the application for completeness and whether the required qualifications are met.
What will I earn as a trainee?
Our trainees are remunerated in accordance with the collective agreement:
- First year of training: €1,230 gross
- Apprenticeship year: €1,340 gross
- Apprenticeship year: €1,450 gross
- Apprenticeship year: €1,560 gross
Which vocational school should I attend?
That depends on the apprenticeship. Prospective real estate agents attend the European Education Centre for Real Estate in Bochum in blocks. For all other apprenticeships, vocational school lessons take place in Wolfsburg or Gifhorn.
Do I have to pay for my school books myself?
No, NEULAND covers the cost of school books.
How many days of holiday do I have?
You are entitled to 30 days of holiday per calendar year. In the event of special family occasions, you may also take special leave.
How many trainees are there at NEULAND?
NEULAND employs an average of around 30 trainees.
Will I be hired after completing my training? What are my future prospects?
