    How long the application takes

    Day 1

    Enquiry sent

    You have applied for a flat or created a search request.

    • Your details will be saved in the system.
    • You will receive an e-mail confirmation.

    Tip: Please do not make a new enquiry - your order will remain active.

    Up to 2 weeks

    Testing & allocation

    The letting department will check whether your details match a vacant flat.

    • If there are any matches, you will be contacted.
    • Haven't heard anything yet? No problem - your application will remain in the system.

    Important notes

    • You will receive email updates at each stage of the process.
    • The time estimates are based on average processing times and may vary depending on the volume of applications.
    • Submitting multiple enquiries for one flat will not increase your chances.
