With advancing age or after an accident, it can become more difficult to move around freely in your own home. Steps become a hurdle, the bathtub an obstacle. We want you to be able to continue living in your familiar surroundings. With our housing advice service, we work with you to find out what changes would make your everyday life easier and how these can be implemented.
Our consulting services
Housing counselling has been part of our service for tenants since 1995. If your situation changes, we look together at what can be adapted in your home. These can be small changes such as grab rails in the bathroom or larger modifications such as a level-access shower. We come to your home, discuss with you where there are problems in your everyday life and develop solutions. In doing so, we take into account your personal needs and what is structurally possible.

Subsidies and financing
Remodelling measures cost money. However, there are often grants available from the care insurance fund or the city of Wolfsburg. We know the funding programmes and can help you find the right support.
