New Year's donation 2026
NEULAND Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH donates €5,000 to the Kulturquartier Wolfsburg association
Wolfsburg, 13 January 2026 – NEULAND Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH presented a New Year's donation of €5,000 to kulturquartier wolfsburg e.V. this Friday. The symbolic handover of the donation took place at the art museum. The handover was attended by NEULAND's management team, including Hans-Dieter Brand and Irina Franz, as well as the chair of the supervisory board, Immacolata Glosemeyer. The kulturquartier wolfsburg e.V. was represented by Otmar Böhmer, the association's first chair, and Eileen Pollex, treasurer.
With this donation, NEULAND is supporting the charitable work of kulturquartier, an active cultural initiative that connects central cultural institutions such as the art museum, the Scharoun Theatre, the planetarium and the CongressPark. kulturquartier contributes significantly to the revitalisation of cultural life at the southern end of Porschestraße and at the same time enhances the attractiveness of the entire city centre of Wolfsburg. The donations will be used, among other things, for the OSTERRALLYE 2026 – a proven participatory event for children, young people and families, which will take place for the fifth time on 4 April 2026. The Easter Rally connects numerous cultural and member institutions of the cultural quarter and invites young visitors to discover culture in a playful way. In addition, part of the donation will be used to strengthen the association's direct public relations work. Although the member institutions already support the cultural quarter's communication through their own channels, the appropriate funds for a targeted and joint public appeal have been lacking until now. "With our donation, we are recognising the commitment to local culture and contributing to the continued growth of creative and cultural projects in Wolfsburg," explained Hans-Dieter Brand, spokesman for the management of NEULAND Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH. "
Cultural offerings promote social cohesion and make our city liveable and lovable. Projects aimed at families and young people in particular are a valuable investment in Wolfsburg's future," emphasised Immacolata Glosemeyer, Chair of the Supervisory Board of NEULAND Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH. "We are very pleased about the support from NEULAND. The funds enable us to inspire children and families in particular to take an interest in culture and at the same time to make a visible impact on the cityscape," said Otmar Böhmer, first chairman of kulturquartier wolfsburg e.V. As a municipally affiliated housing company, NEULAND assumes social responsibility – both for its tenants and for all the people of Wolfsburg. The collaboration with kulturquartier is part of NEULAND's social commitment and underlines the company's close ties to the city and its population.
