NEULAND is renovating the flats on Eisenacher Straße and Stralsunder Ring to make them fit for the coming decades. In three construction phases, a total of 415 flats with around 31,900 square metres of living space will be modernised to improve their energy efficiency. The buildings will be given new façades, modern windows and photovoltaic systems on the roofs. Once the work is complete, all the buildings will meet the KfW 55 standard and consume significantly less energy than before.
Three construction phases until 2028
The modernisation will take place gradually in three construction phases. This will allow the work to be carried out quickly and in a coordinated manner.
- Construction phase 1 (2025/2026): Eisenacher Str. 35-51, Eisenacher Str. 11-15
- Construction phase 2 (2026/2027): Eisenacher Str. 17-33, Stralsunder Ring 1-5
- Construction phase 3 (2027/2028): Stralsunder Ring 7-13, Eisenacher Str. 1-9, Eisenacher Str. 2-18
