The flats in the Neue Reihe project are rented exclusively to people with a valid residence entitlement certificate. This entitles the holder to rent publicly subsidised housing. A total of 36 flats are being built in three buildings, subsidised by NBank Niedersachsen.
The highly insulated apartment blocks are being built in timber hybrid construction. Each building has a lift and offers 2- to 4-room flats ranging in size from approx. 57 to 93 square metres. All flats have a balcony or terrace.
Sustainably built in wood hybrid
The three apartment blocks in the Neue Reihe are being built using hybrid timber construction. This construction method combines the advantages of wood with other materials and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
Thanks to the high-quality insulation and the PV systems on the roofs, little energy is consumed. Each flat has its own two solar panels to generate its own electricity. This reduces electricity costs and protects the environment.
