With the Neue Reihe project, NEULAND is creating affordable living space for people with low and medium incomes. A total of 36 flats are being built in three buildings, subsidised by NBank Niedersachsen.
The highly insulated apartment buildings are being constructed using a hybrid timber construction method. Each building has a lift and offers 2- to 4-room flats ranging in size from approximately 57 to 93 square metres. All flats have a balcony or terrace.
Sustainably built in wood hybrid
The three apartment blocks in the Neue Reihe are being built using hybrid timber construction. This construction method combines the advantages of wood with other materials and ensures a pleasant indoor climate.
Thanks to the high-quality insulation and the PV systems on the roofs, little energy is consumed. Each flat has its own two solar panels to generate its own electricity. This reduces electricity costs and protects the environment.
