Modern living space with a vision is being created at Mühlengraben 2-6. NEULAND is extensively modernising the existing building and creating six additional flats by adding a storey. This will turn 18 into 24 residential units.
All flats will have new floor plans and contemporary fittings. New south-west-facing balconies provide space to enjoy the sunshine. The modernisation is being subsidised by the German government, which is also reflected in the rental conditions.
Own solar power for every flat
Each Am Mühlengraben flat will be equipped with two PV modules of its own. These generate up to 800 kWh of electricity per year, which the tenants can use directly themselves. This reduces electricity costs and minimises the ecological footprint.
The entire building meets the KfW 55-EE standard and thus fulfils high requirements for energy efficiency and renewable energies.
